All were present. <br />Staff requested consideration of 295 Lyman Road Recycling Center Variance and Special Exception Appeal be <br />added to the agenda under Other Items as item 12 A. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Doerner moved to amend the agenda by adding consideration of <br />295 Lyman Road Recycling Center Variance and Special Exception Appeal <br />undel• Othel• Items as item 12 A. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 - 0. <br />. U'TES <br />A. Minutes of March 28, 2011 -Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve the March 28, 2011 regular meeting <br />minutes, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 - 0. <br />6. El~TA'Tl~S/C EN ATI <br />A. Mayor's Proclamation -National Drinlcin~ Water Week <br />Mayor Glancy proclaimed the week of May 1- 7, 2011 as National Drinking Water Week. <br />7. CI~~~~~5~ ~®~~~~~5 <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individual came forward: <br />1) Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding the difference <br />between the school district millage rates of Seminole County and Orange County. Mr. <br />Casselberry suggested that the municipal finance directors get together and review the various <br />County budgets, including the School District's budget, and attend their budget meetings. <br />No one else came fol•ward. <br />
