Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan~ Report -Mayor G1ancX <br />Mayor Glancy repoled she attended the meeting held March 3, 2011 which focused on pedestrian accidents <br />and high speed rail, and noted that Mr. Fraleigh attended the meeting. <br />C. Mayors/Managers Group Report - Mayor Glancy <br />Mayor Glancy announced the next meeting is scheduled for March 15, 2011 with continued discussion <br />regarding continuation of the one cent sales tax in its current form. <br />D. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report - <br />Commissioner Hufford <br />Commissioner Hufford reported the March 2"d CALNO meeting was hosted by the City of Lake Maly and a <br />presentation was given on their elder care services program. <br />E. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Repol•t -Commissioner Solomon <br />Announced the next RPA lneeting is scheduled for March 17, 2011. <br />14e CITY 1VIANAGER'S IMP®IZT' <br />® Voiced concern regarding the current direction of the CRA; noted there seems to be some sensitivity <br />about the funding and lack of appreciation for the work the members of the CRA are doing. Stated a <br />joint meeting may be needed to discuss the future direction of the CRA. Commissioner Solomon <br />commended the Casselberly CRA for their time and felt they are doing an outstanding job. <br />® Reported the residential parking brochures were being dishibuted this week. <br />15o CITY 1-~'I"T®I~EY'S I~EP®IZT' <br />Stated she was preparing a status report on all current litigation. <br />Inquired if the City Commission desired an evaluation form/guideline or a free-form format. <br />Commission consensus was to have aform/guideline. <br />
