RESOLUTION 09-2102 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE CITY COMMISSION MEETING & AGENDA POLICIES; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to amend and update the Meeting & <br />Agenda Policies previously adopted via Resolution 06-1703 to reflect changes in agenda <br />preparation methods, audience participation and other matters. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby adopts <br />the City Commission Meeting & Agenda Policies, attached hereto as Exhibit A and made <br />a part hereof. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawfiil, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to <br />invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this <br />Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
