All were present. <br /> <br />5. MINUTES <br /> <br />No minutes were presented for consideration at this meeting. <br /> <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />A. Presentation - FY 2009 Budget Update <br /> <br />Mr. Randy Newlon, Finance Director, gave a presentation regarding the FY 2009 Budget and the current <br />financial position of the City. A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />B. Presentation - Proiects Update <br /> <br />Dr. Kelly Brock, City Engineer, gave a presentation of recently completed and ongoing projects in the City. <br />A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />I) Ms. Carol Lucadamo, I 002 Wolf Trail, voiced concerns regarding the removal of the <br />traffic light at Timberlane Trail and State Road 434 and the inconvenience it imposes on the <br />residents of the Lake Hodge area. Ms. Lucadamo stated the residents in the area never <br />received any advance notification on the matter. <br /> <br />2) Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, inquired if the City Attorney or the <br />Code Enforcement Board Attorney would address his concern that the Code Enforcement <br />Board was doing something wrong that could be harmful to the City. The City Attorney <br />suggested to Mr. Casselberry that ifhe had some information, he could send it to the City <br />Manager who will distribute the information as needed. <br /> <br />No one else requested to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. <br />
