Gardner, City Clerk <br />Steve Spencer, Streets, Fleet & Stormwater Superintendent <br />Ed Torres, Public Works Director <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting ofthe Casselberry City Commission to order at 4:33 p.m. <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />3. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />All members of the City Commission were present with the exception of Commissioner Susan Doerner who <br />was unable to attend due to work commitments. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Hufford moved excuse the absence of Commissioner <br />Susan Doerner. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4 - O. <br />
