Pension/Collective Bargaining Matters for November 2010 Invoice No. 80782 $ 700.00 HDR, Inc. ® Change Order # 1 to Agreement for the Sausalito Shores Baffle Boxes Not to Exceed $16,112.61 Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney invoice are available in FY 2011 Budget Account No. 001-0140- 514-31.01. Funds for the City Labor Attorney invoice and related Lewis Longman & Walker invoice are available in the FY 2011 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514-31.02. Funds for Change Order #1 to the Agreement for the Sausalito Shores baffle boxes are available in the FY 2011 Stormwater Utility Fund Account No. 110-0740-539.67-84. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report. B. City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity Introduction: This item is to report the City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2010. The report is submitted by Mr. John J. Pavlis, Chairman of the Pension Board and is provided for City Commission review and acceptance. The report is a ministerial duty required under Florida Statutes. It is for infarmation purposes only and requires no action by the City Commission. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended acceptance of the City of Casselberty Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity.
