First Reading of Ordinance 10-1322 -North Winter Park Drive Official Zoning Map Amendments The City Clerk read Ordinance 10-1322 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS FOR THOSE PARCELS IN THE "NORTH WINTER PARK DRIVE (BETWEEN SR 434 AND 7TH STREET) STUDY", INCLUDING RECENTLY ANNEXED PROPERTIES, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 10-1322 was published in the Orlando Sentinel on March 11, 2010. Staff Presentation: Ms. Sandra Smith, ChiefPlanner, stated Ordinance 10-1322 provides for amendments to the Official Zoning Map that are appropriate for the future land use designation applied to the properties in the North Winter Park Drive Study conducted by Kimley Horn and Associates. Budget Impact: This item does not impact the City's Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Ordinance 10-1322 on first reading. Public Hearing: No one came forward to address Ordinance 10-1322. Mayor Glancy closed the public hearing relative to Ordinance 10-1322. MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to approve Ordinance 10-1322 on first reading, as pI•esented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 - 0. D. First Reading of Ordinance 10-1323 - US Highway 17-92 and SR 436 Future Land Use Map Amendments (LPA 09-06~ The City Clerk read Ordinance 10-1323 by title as follows: "AN ORDIlVANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE US HIGHWAY 17-92 AND A PORTION OF THE SR 436 CORRIDOR TO THE MAJOR THOROUGHFARE MIXED USE (MTMU) DESIGNATION; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL OF THE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
