That Section 2-7.30, Non-traditional uses, of Article VII, General Regulations, <br />Chapter II, District and General Regulations, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of the Code <br />of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, shall be added as follows. <br />*** <br />Section 2-7.30. Non-Traditional Uses. <br />Non-traditional uses are a service or retail use that reauires additional regulations to ensure that the <br />business is in harmony with the goals and vision of the Citv. Non-traditional uses include. but are not <br />limited to bodv art establishments, check cashinalpavday loan businesses, and pawn shops. These <br />uses are defined in Chapter V, Glossary. <br />A. Regulations. <br />1. Prior to issuance of a business tax receiat, the proposed non-traditional use must receive a <br />conditional use approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission to operate at a specific <br />location. <br />2. Location. <br />a. Criteria for the location of check cashing/pavdav loan businesses are provided in ULDR <br />Section 2-7.29. <br />b. The following location criteria apply to all other non-traditional uses. <br />11 Anon-traditional use shall not be located within a radius of fifteen hundred feet (1,500'1 <br />of another non-traditional use, including check cashinalpavdav loan establishments: nor <br />shall such use be located within three hundred feet (300'1 of an educational institution. <br />church. park, day care facility. or residentially zoned land. The method of measurement <br />is the same as provided within ULDR Section 2-7.29.(21. <br />2 Anon-traditional use may only be permitted in a planned, unified shopping center with <br />a minimum of 10,000 sauare feet of gross leasable area. <br />3. Onl one non-traditional use may be permitted in any single shopping center.
