McKernan seconded the motion. Hale moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be <br />reduced in CEB Case #07-02275 and #08-02949 from $43,490 to $15,000, to be paid within 60 days from <br />the date of the Commission's Order, or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reasons for this <br />reduction are: The gravity of the violation, the time it tools to come into compliance, accrued amount of the <br />lien, and any other mitigating circumstances. David Henson seconded the motion.
