In response to the Board's question, Mr, Newlon stated that there is no <br />subordination in the lease and he would clarify that with Chef Keogh. <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the time frame necessary to develop the site to meet Chef Keogh's <br />proposed opening date of August 2011 and the possible need to schedule another CRA meeting to discuss the <br />project to avoid any delays. Mr. Newlon suggested that the CRA could schedule a special meeting after the <br />November 15, 2010 City Commission Workshop to discuss the project. He said if the CRA was prepared to move <br />forward on the project, the Board could request a budget amendment from the City Commission which would <br />empower the Board to take further action if necessary. <br />Ms. Lipscomb said she has been working on developing a public relations plan as this unfolds. She said <br />she is planning to schedule meetings with the Seminole County US 17-92 Redevelopment Planning Agency, the <br />County Manager and possibly representatives from other Community Redevelopment Agencies in Seminole County <br />and if the Board had any suggestions to let her know. <br />Mr. Martin stated that the City Commission Workshop is scheduled for Monday, November 15, 2010 at 6:00 <br />p.m. in the Commission Chambers. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding requesting PMG Associates to provide additional information regarding <br />the potential impact Estado 11 would have on other businesses in the community and the scope of work completed <br />by PMG Associates. <br />Report on staff's meeting with Pamela Hale, Community United Methodist Church <br />Mr. Martin stated that he met with Ms, Pamela Hale to discuss the proposal the City received from Robbins <br />Development Partners and how the development could impact the church property. He said they discussed the <br />following items: <br />1. Creating a throughway to Piney Ridge through the church property <br />2. Pedestrian connections through the church property <br />3. Shared parking with the church and the 15 acre site <br />He said that Ms. Hale was not interested in creating a throughway in the church property; however, she was <br />open to the pedestrian connections and shared parking. He said that the church is interested in improving the <br />landscaping and a better look for the parking lot; however they do not have a budget for that. <br />
