Notwithstanding other sections of this Code, properties on the following <br />streets shall have until December 6, 1998, to exercise this privilege and <br />thereby shall also have waived the Flow-by Availability Charge in the <br />interim: <br />(1) Park Drive north of Lake Drive <br />(2) Hilltop Road <br />(3) Oak Lane <br />(4) Carlisle Drive <br />(5) Tipton Road <br />(6) Tyrone Court <br />(7) Holliday Drive <br />(8) Huntington Drive <br />(9) Easton Way." <br />SECTION VII. That Paragraph 86-68 (e) of the City Code of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"(e) Additional Costs - <br />(1) In City -All costs germane to the construction, installation and <br />maintenance of the sewer facility from the customer's building to the <br />customer's property line shall be paid by the property owner. <br />(2) Outside City -Contiguous - If the property is contiguous to the City <br />of Casselberry City Limits, the Applicant shall annex the property into the <br />City. The property owner shall then be responsible for those cost as " In- <br />City", above. <br />(3) Outside City -Not Contiguous -All costs germane to the construction, <br />installation and maintenance of the sewer facility from the customer's <br />building to the customer's property line shall be paid by the property <br />owner. The affected property owner shall also pay for all costs germane to <br />the construction, installation and maintenance of the extension of the sewer <br />facility from the customer's property line to the then existing public sewer, <br />said costs shall be added to the fees identified in Subsections (b) and (c) <br />of this Section." <br />SECTION VIII. That a new Section 86-68(f) is hereby added to the City Code of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, to read as follows: <br />"(f) Recovery of capacity -Should any commercial or industrial property <br />discontinue service for a period in excess of two years, the capacity set <br />aside for such property or service shall be forfeited and recalculated to the <br />3 <br />
