Debt Management -Disposition of Land Acquisition Note, Series 200 Payable to Hancock <br />Bank <br />This item is continued from the October 25, 2010 City Commission meeting and requests consideration for further <br />discussion and direction on whether to pay-off in full an outstanding loan with Hancock Bank on the Concord Center <br />property totaling $2,277,000. <br />C. Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens - 240 S. Embrey Drive <br />Consideration to reduce two separate code enforcement liens on property located at 240 S. Embrey Drive for case <br />numbet•s CE-07-02275 (lien amount $38,220) and CE-08-02949 (lien amount $5,270) from a total of $43,490 to $15,000 <br />to be paid within 60 days is requested. <br />D. Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens - 460 Lowndes Square <br />Consideration to reduce four separate code enforcement liens on property located at 460 Lowndes Square for case <br />numbers CE-08-02342 (lien amount $6,000), CE-08-03533 (lien amount $6,010), CE-09-03416 (lien amount $2,710) and <br />CE-10-00004 (lien amount $2,210) from a total of $16,930 to $8,500 to be paid within 120 days is requested. <br />E. Approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Re-plat for Danubis Plaza (SP 10-01) <br />Consideration to approve the preliminary subdivision re-plat for Lot 1, Piccadilly Cafeteria in the Danubis Plaza located <br />on S.R. 436, is requested. <br />F.
