Resolution 10-2205 -Interlocal Agreement with the City of Winter Springs for an Emergency Potable Water Interconnection System Consideration of Resolution 10-2205 approving an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the City of Winter Springs to facilitate the use of the emergency interconnection system for potable water is requested. Resolution 10-2206 -Supplemental Agreement I`To. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer iTtility Engineering Services with Brown and Caldwell Consideration of Resolution 10-2206 approving Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Engineering Set•vices with Brown and Caldwell for consulting services related to wastewater treatment and biosolid processing in an amount not to exceed $39,678 is requested. E. Resolution 10-2207 -Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Engineering Services with Brown and Caldwell Consideration of Resolution ] 0-2207 approving Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Engineering Services with Brown & Caldwell, related to the wastewater master plan in an amount not to exceed $50,000 is requested. F. Resolution 10-220 -Supplement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Camp Dresser McKee for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Engineering Services Consideration of Resolution 10-2208 approving Supplement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Engineering Services with Camp Dresser McKee and includes design services for Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Clarifier Improvements, Golf Course Reclaim Water Pump Station Electrical Control Improvements, and the Winterwoods Pump Station Improvements in an amount not to exceed $97,710.00 is requested. G. Resolution 10-2209 -Agreement with ThadCon, LLC for the Tanglewood Water Main Replacement Project Consideration of Resolution 10-2209 approving a contract agreement with ThadCon, LLC for the Tanglewood Water Main Replacement project in the amount of $327,736.00 is requested. H. Resolution 10-2210 -United Service Workers Collective Bargaining Agreement Consideration of Resolution 10-2210 ratifying and authorizing the execution of a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the City of Casselberry and the United Service Workers Bargaining Unit (USW) is requested. I. Budget Amendment #11-004 -Fiscal Year 2010 to 2011 Budget Rollover Consideration to amend the Fiscal Year 2010/2011 Appt•oved Budget to allow for the completion of ongoing projects and the purchase of equipment or services that were budgeted in Fiscal Year 2009-2010 which were not started or completed within that fiscal year in the amotmt of $8,612,114 is requested. J. State Contract Purchase of Computer Systems Consideration to purchase fifty-five (55) desktop and eleven (11) laptop computers from Dell in the amount of $86,331.72 using state contract pricing and as designated and approved in the FY11 Budget is requested. K. State Contract Purchase of Replacement Picl~ up Truck and Related Budget Amendment #11-002 Consideration to purchase a replacement pick-up truck in the amount of $19,095 using State contract pricing for use by the Utility Infrastructure Superintendent in his daily work is requested. 9.
