Glancy was appointed as a Member of the Police Officers' and Firefighter' Boat•d <br />of Trustees by the Casselberry City Couttnission at tlteir meeting of October 22, 2007. The Oatit <br />of Office for Me. Glancy was adntinisteeed on November 1, 2007 in compliance with the ten {I0) <br />day period as specified by Florida Statutes. <br />~. Selectiart of the St'' Member of the Board <br />Section 1.7(C) of the Board's Operating Rules and Procedures states that the fifth member is <br />selected by a majority of the outer Trustees and may or may trot be an employee of the City, The <br />name of the persott selected will be pt'esettted to the City Commission for ratification of the <br />appointment as a ministerial act. The ratification request will be presetted to the City <br />Cornntission at their meeting this evening, November 13, 2007. <br />MOTION: Moved by Officer William Nas to select Clricf .lohrr Pavlis as tlrc fifth <br />nrerrtber of the Board of Trustees for a second ter•ru; effective to <br />2010.
