Call to Order -ritlr Pledge of AIle~iance The November l 3, 2007 Meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was called to order with the Pledge of Al legiance by die Chairman at I0:00 a.m. in the City Hall Commission Charilbers. Tl~e Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the City Clerk of the City of Casselberry. 2. Introduction of Mert~bers and Gu The Pension Board Members, Staff and guests were introduced. 3. Seating of Ne~v Member of the Board of Trustees Fireli titer EIected Merltber' of the Board of Trustees An election was conducted on November 1, 2007 for the Firefighter Member of the Board of Trustees. The election resulted in a tie (1 I to l 1 }between William Jensen ar~d Aaron Imeson and a run off election was conducted on November 9, 2007. Ballots were opened on November 13, 2007 at 9:00 aa~~, and William lcnsen with I8 votes eras declared the winrrer. Aaron Imeson received 14 votes. Total votes cast - 32. (A copy of the tally sheet for the election signed by the members present at tl',e r~~eeting is attached to and made a part of tlrese minutes.) Firefighter William Jenson vas sworn in by the Ciry Clerk as the elected Firefighter Member of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Board of Trustees. Mr. Jer~sen's term is effective to November 2009. The Oath of Office, as administered to Mr-. Jensen, is attached to and made a part of these minutes.
