CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br />Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lal<e <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Andrew Meadows <br />Victor Lutz, Alternate <br />Members absent: <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Daniel Hale <br />Staff members present: <br />Donald Martin, Community Development Director <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Eric Raasch, Planner I <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on August 11, 2010. <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br />on Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Mr. Aramendia moved to accept the August 11, 2010 minutes as presented. Mr. <br />Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parfe Communications. <br />None of the Commissioners declared an ex parte communication. <br />Third Item of Business: SPR 10.02; South Seminole Masonic Lodge. Major site plan review for proposed <br />renovation of the existing Masonic Lodge site and fire•damaged structure. Property located at 122 Triplet <br />Lake Drive. <br />Mr. Eric Raasch, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated August 20, 2010, <br />supported by a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on <br />file in the Community Development Department). <br />
