4. Precede and influence the Seminole County CR.A US 17-92 Corridor Master PIan <br />being done (start date October 2009) by MSCW and VHB consultants. <br />C. ECI~'RPCwill coordinate this studywith: <br />1. The concurrent alternate intezsection study for US 17-92 and SR 436 being proposed <br />to the CitybyECFRPCandKimleyHorn; <br />2. The SR 436 Tnventoryand Analysis being proposed to the City by ECFRPC. <br />D. ECFRPC will also review and advise the City of the relevancy of the following planning <br />studies: <br />1. 2008 Seminole County Phase One Fenn Park US Route 17-92 CRA Corridor <br />Analysis {byECFRPG~; <br />2. US Route 17-92 Joint CRA 1V~lster Plan Update by MSCW, Vanasse-Hangan- <br />Brustlin and ECfiRPC (commencing September 2009). 'The planning area is <br />generally from Maitland to Sanford, but the condor analysis excludes Casselber7y <br />because of its exclusive CRA; <br />3. Transit studies byMetroPlan MPO; <br />4• US 17-92 Con-idor and SR 436 intezsection improvements planned by MetroPlan <br />and FDOT; <br />5. Potential Bus Rapid Tt~nsit (BRT} grant application byLynx (bus transit provider to <br />Seminole Count~~) to the Fedexal Transit Adtn_inistration fox a "Small Starts" BRT <br />grant for the US Route 17-92 corridor, including Casselbezry. <br />The deliverables associated with this project will be in the form of map products, data sets, <br />economic impact analysis, and a written report. The scope of this work is outlined in the <br />tasks below. <br />II, TASKS <br />Task A. Base Mai and Data Develo~menis <br />1. Utilizing ECFRPC CFGIS resources, Seminole County's GIS section, and Casselberxy's <br />planning and public utilities data develop a series of base maps {or GIS data} within the CTZA <br />boundaries that include: <br />A, CRA boundaries <br />B: Tax Parcels (platted lots) <br />C.
