Mr. Fernandez said it is <br />currently a renters market. Ne said that developers are looking ak amenities within the rental market that <br />could be converted in five or six years. <br />Mr. McGregor made a motion to approve the remaining $3,500 on the Florida Compass Group <br />invoice. Ms. Campbell seconded the motion, The motion passed unanimously by voice vote, <br />Fourth item of Business: Finance Report <br />Ms. Rebecca Bowman, Sr. Accountant, stated she was unable to print the Finance Report due to <br />printer issues. Ms. Bowman provided a verbal finance report to the Board, Mr. Jones requested that Ms. <br />Bowman provide a hard copy of the Finance Report to the Board Members. <br />Fifth item of Business: TIF Projections <br />Mr, Martin stated this item would be postponed until the February Community Redevelopment <br />Agency meeting. <br />Sixth Item of Business: Approval of Invoice for Payments <br />Mr, Jones reviewed the invoice for payment. Mr. Ritchie made a motion to approve Kimley-Horn <br />and Associates invoice no. 4033944 dated November 30, 2009 in the amount of $3,256, Mr, McGregor <br />seconded the motion.
