Glatting <br />Jackson shall provide services for management of the project including coordination <br />~yith the Clients representative, monitoring of the project schedule as it relates to this <br />scope, and timely invoicing and reporting of project progress. <br />"_'.~ Coordination of the Work of Subconsultants to Glatting Jackson -The Client <br />hereby ackno~~ led~~es and a~~rees that Glatting Jackson will assume responsibility for the <br />coordination of schedule and work produced b_v any subconsultants to Glatting Jackson <br />as Project Manager for the scope ofthis work. However, the Client agrees that Glatting <br />Jackson does not bear any liability for the technical accuracy of work prepared by others. <br />All professional firms working on the project shall bear separate responsibilin~ and <br />liability for the work prepared b}' them. <br />~.3 Corridor Sur~~ey - Glattin~~ Jackson will provide a boundary and topographic survey <br />information along a +;0-feet wide corridor in the general area of the rear lot lines of <br />various subdivisions as depicted in the City's Bicycle Master Plan. Subdivision lot lines <br />will be depicted on the survey base on recovered monumentation as ~~-ell as platted <br />easements. Visible improvements and physical culture within the survey corridor will be <br />shown. Sufficient spot elevations will be taken to show drainage patterns and ~~rade <br />breaks. <br />_'.~{ HomeoH~ner Coordination -There are approximately 130 different land owners along <br />the proposed survey corridor. The majority of the lots are fenced and access must be <br />granted by each o~yner if any of the trail easement falls within the fenced areas in order <br />to collect the survey data detailed above.
