No one came forward. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 10-09. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to provide a <br />favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 10-09 Office Residential Uses based on staff memo <br />dated June 23, 2010 from Ms. Smith to the members of the Local Planning Agency as presented. Mr. Van Meter <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: Other Business. <br />Ms. Smith announced that Mr. Eric Raasch has been promoted to the Planner 1 position. She said the <br />Planning Technician position has been advertised and staff will begin the hiring process. Ms. Smith also announced <br />that the Code Enforcement Division has been transferred to the Community Development Department. A brief <br />discussion ensued regarding the transfer of Code Enforcement to the various City departments. <br />Ms. Drage commended staff for the great job that was done on the comprehensive plan amendments that <br />were submitted to the Department of Community Affairs. <br />The Commission requested that staff research how other municipalities deal with tree replacement.
