No one came forward. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 10-05. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to provide a <br />favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 10-05, non-compliant fences/walls in residential districts <br />amendment to the Unified Land Development Regulations, based on the staff report dated May 12, 2010 from Mr, <br />Senzee to the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: Other Business. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Smith provided an update regarding the status of the parking <br />regulations.
