CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br />Wednesday April 14, 2010, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Victor Lutz, Alternate <br />Members absent: <br />Daniel Hale <br />Staff members present: <br />Charles Senzee, Planner II <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on March 24, 2010. <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br />on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Mr. Aramendia moved to accept the March 24, 2010 minutes. Mr. Weinroth <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Third Item of Business: CU 10-02: 191 South Triplet Lake Drive. Conditional use request for a residential <br />dock. <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated April 8, 2010 <br />supported by a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on <br />file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Senzee said due to the difficulty in determining the exact <br />location of the upland the dock may not extend as far into the lake as depicted on the aerial shown on page 4 of the <br />
