CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br />Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Daniel Hale <br />Victor Lutz, Alternate <br />Members absent: <br />Marlene Hyde <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Attorney: <br />Robin Drage <br />Staff members present: <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Charles Senzee, Planner II <br />Kelly Roberts, Planner I <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on February 24, 2010. <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br />on Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Mr. Parkhurst stated that a statement was made at the March 8, 2010 City <br />Commission meeting that he had made a comment at the last Planning and Zoning Commission meeting that a <br />committee should be formed to review the City Commission. Mr. Parkhurst read the following portion from the <br />February 24, 2010 minutes: "discussion ensued regarding establishing a citizen's committee to review the maps with <br />the Local Planning Agency, property owner notification". Mr. Parkhurst said this statement was not supporting a <br />Citizen Review Committee for the City Commission. Mr. Aramendia stated that he understood that Mr. Parkhurst <br />was stating that a "Citizen Participation Meeting" would have been preferred. <br />
