The foregoing recitals are true and correct, and incorporated herein. <br />SECTI®N 2. Authority. This Ordinance is adopted in compliance with, and pursuant to, <br />the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulations Act, <br />Section 163.3184 and 163.3187, Florida Statutes. <br />SECTI®N 3. That portion of the Future Land Use Plan Element referenced as the <br />Future Land Use Map of Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry Code of <br />Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive Plan of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended by changing the designation of <br />approximately 212.9 acres of the property to the Major Thoroughfare Mixed-Use (MTMU) future <br />land use designation.
