interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed amendments of the City of <br />Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the Official Zoning Map classifications of said properties shall be <br />established as set forth below as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of <br />Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and has further determined that said <br />zoning is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTE® BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORI®A, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1.
