interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed amendments of the City of Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were heard; and WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the Official Zoning Map classifications of said properties shall be established as set forth below as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and has further determined that said zoning is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
