®RDINAIdCE 10-1322 <br />WHEREAS, some properties described in Section I were annexed into the corporate <br />boundary of the City of Casselberry and are required to amend their zoning category from <br />Seminole County to City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the North Winter Park Drive (Between SR 434 and 7th Street) Study was <br />conducted subsequent to the re-alignment of North Winter Park Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the majority of the study area is currently designated as an <br />Industrial future land use; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to encourage industrial development in this area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency <br />has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider the rezoning amendments; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of <br />Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications of the properties hereinafter described, has <br />been duly held by the City Commission in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, <br />
