Element are provided in "Exhibit C", a copy of which is attached and by this reference <br />incorporated and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION 6. That portion of the Future Land Use Element referenced as the Future <br />Land Use Map of Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances, as <br />amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive Plan of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended by removing the Transportation Concurrency Exception <br />Area (TCEA) overlay from the US Hwy 17-92 TCEA and applying a TCEA over the entire City of <br />Casselberry. A copy of the amendment to the Future Land Use Map is attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein as Exhibit "D" and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida <br />Statutes. <br />SECTION 7. That portion of the Future Land Use Supporting Documents that references <br />"Concurrency" is amended to eliminate the reference to "Roads Traffic Circulation System" as <br />part of the concurrency review system. The edit within the supporting documents is provided in <br />"Exhibit E", a copy of which is attached and by this reference incorporated and hereby adopted <br />pursuant to Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION >3. Transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs. The City Manager or <br />her designee is hereby designated to sign a letter transmitting these Comprehensive Plan and <br />Map Amendments to the Department of Community Affairs, in accordance with Section 163.3187 <br />(1)(c)(4), Florida Statutes, and Section 9J-11 Florida Administrative Code. <br />SECTION 9. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 10. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or <br />portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional <br />by any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br />Ordinance 10-1320 <br />Citywide TCEA Text and Map Amendments <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
