Commissioner Solomon
stated she still would like to see the creation of a destination, with restaurants, theater, and entertainment.
Commissioner Miller stated he believes density and the residential component is needed in the development as
long as they are vested in the community, and was receptive to a piecemeal concept as long it fits an overall
strategy for the development of the propelrty. Commissioner Doerner stated
she was agreeable to a segmented project, but felt that due to the size of the property that it could be
accomplished in the near future, but felt that any major financial issues should have more citizen input and
possibly a referendum.
