Gardner, City Cleric <br />Don Martin, Community Development Director <br />Randy Newlon, Finance Director <br />Ed Torres, Public Works Director <br />la CALL T E <br />Mayor Glancy called the workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 6:03 p.m. <br />20 ICI, CAI,I, <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />3o CITY CEl®TTEIZ REVEL®PIVIENT <br />Presentation: N1r. Don Martin, Community Development Directar•, gave a presentation regarding <br />development of a city center on the 15 acre parcel at the intersection of Triplet Lake Drive and U.S. Highway <br />17-92. The presentation included an overview of the various design concepts and models for the city center <br />since the purchase of the parcel in 2004, a comparison of the historic models and the new models, the basic <br />elements of "Place Malting", capital funding methods, and public/private partnerships. A copy of the <br />presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />It was noted that representatives from Estado 11 Restaurants and Robbins Development Partners were present <br />in the audience and would be presenting development proposals for the City Center and Lake Concord <br />properties at a workshop scheduled for July 8, 2010. <br />
