All were present. 3o CITY CEl®TTEIZ REVEL®PIVIENT Presentation: N1r. Don Martin, Community Development Directar•, gave a presentation regarding development of a city center on the 15 acre parcel at the intersection of Triplet Lake Drive and U.S. Highway 17-92. The presentation included an overview of the various design concepts and models for the city center since the purchase of the parcel in 2004, a comparison of the historic models and the new models, the basic elements of "Place Malting", capital funding methods, and public/private partnerships. A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. It was noted that representatives from Estado 11 Restaurants and Robbins Development Partners were present in the audience and would be presenting development proposals for the City Center and Lake Concord properties at a workshop scheduled for July 8, 2010.
