CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION! <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning CommissionlLocal Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br />Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at 8.30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Marlene Hyde <br />Victor Lutz, Alternate <br />Members absent: <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Daniel Hale <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Attorney: <br />Robin irage <br />Staff members presenf: <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Joni pixan, Sr. Staff Assistant <br />First Item of business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on October 28, 2009. <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br />an Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Mr. Aramendia moved to accept the revised October 28, 2DD9 minutes that were <br />emailed to the Commission. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Porte Communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Porte Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Third [tem of business: CU 09.70: 4306 Plumosa AvenuelPathwa s to .[nde endence. Conditional use <br />request to provide transitional care to a maximum 20 convalescents (elderly or infirm}. <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated November <br />13, 2009 supported by a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a <br />copy is on file in the Community Development Department). <br />Ms. Smith stated that a Use, Access and Utility Agreemen# must be executed for a portion of unit 2 prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. She said this document was recently received and was not included in the meeting <br />packet.
