In response to the Board's question regarding notification, Ms. <br />Smith stated that fetters were sent to all the properly owners, a legat ad was placed in the Oriando Sentinel and each <br />property was posted. <br />Ms. Reischmann clarified that if any property owners want to be excluded from this amendment packet they <br />should contact Ms. Smith before the next City Commission meeting so that information can be presented to the <br />Commission, <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 09-06. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to provide a <br />favorable recommendation from the Local Planning Agency to the Gity Commission for LPA 09-06 based on the <br />staff s proposed amendments included in staff report dated February 24, 2010 from Ms. Smith to the Loca!
