Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />January 27, 2x10 <br />Page 5 <br />Seventh [tem of Business: LPA 09.11 ~ Citywide Trans artation Goncurrency Exception Aria ~TCEA). <br />Providing amendments to various elements in the Comprehensive Plan to eliminate transportation <br />concurrency levels of standards and the current Transportation Goncurrency Exception Area (TCEA) to <br />provide a citywide Transportation concurrency Exception Area (TCEA) as provided in Senate Bill 364. <br />Ms, Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated January 27, <br />2010 to the City of Casselberry Local Planning Agency {a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Ms. Smith requested the Local Planning Agency provide a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission for the consideration of an ordinance amending portions of the City's Comprehensive Plan to designate <br />a Transportation Goncurrency Exception Area {TC1~A) over the city. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor af, or in opposition <br />to, fhe request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 09-11. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to provide a <br />favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 09-11 for the Transportation concurrency Area based on <br />the staff report dated January 27, 2010 from Ms. Smith to the Local Planning Agency as presented. Mr, Van Zyl stated that he <br />manages the bawling alley. He said the City owns the two parcels of land in front of the bowling alley. Mr. Van Zyl <br />questioned the City's future plans for the parcels, Mr. Van Zyl said the parcels are not being maintained and <br />
