WHEREAS, those new zoning categories are Planned Mixed -Use Mid <br />Rise (PMX -Mid) and Planned Mixed -Use High Rise (PMX- High); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planned Mixed -Use Mid Rise and Planned Mixed -Use <br />High Rise need to be included within the "Mixed -use zoning districts" within <br />Section 2 -5.2, Purpose and intent of zoning districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the new zoning categories must be incorporated into <br />various tables of the Unified Land Development Regulations (Table 2 -42 Future <br />Land Use Map Designations and Zoning Districts, Table 2 -5.3: Land Use by <br />District, and Table 2 -5.4: Size and Dimension Regulations) to provide <br />corresponding future land use and zoning designations, to provide permitted, <br />prohibited and conditional land uses and to provide specific size and dimension <br />requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the new zoning categories must be included in Section 3- <br />10.2: Appearance of site and structures, to include mixed use districts within the <br />exterior lighting criteria of the Unified Land Development Regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, Article XX, Planned Unit Development, includes criteria for <br />mixed use development, the two new zoning districts, Planned Mixed -Use Mid <br />Rise and Planned Mixed -Use High Rise, must be included within these <br />development criteria; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planned Mixed -Use Mid Rise and Planned Mixed -Use <br />High Rise zoning categories are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, words with double underlined type shall constitute <br />additions to the original text and strike +" h -shall constitute deletions to the <br />original text. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1.
