Ms. Bowman explained that the

contract expires in 2010. She said the City could then come back to the Board to determine if they want to go out to

bid for a separate auditing contract or use the City's auditors. A general discussion ensued regarding using the

auditors. Ms. Bowman stated there would be a cost savings to the CRA by using the City's auditing firm. Board

requested Ms. Bowman contact Cherry Bekaert & Holland and the City's auditor to submit a proposal

services for the CRA and bring that information back to the Board, as we are required to meet

purchasing requirements.

Mr. Hank Lander, 445 Surrey Run Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Lander felt that the CRA should use a separate auditing

firm from City.

Fourth Item of Business: Correction to annual Tax Increment Funding (TIF) funding.

Ms. Bowman distributed the City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Areas 2008 Initial Certification

Taxable Value and Increment Value dated October 8, 2008 (a copy is on file in the Community Development

Department). Ms. Bowman reviewed the Correction to TIF Funding for Fiscal Year 2008 calculations (a copy is on

file in the Community Development Department). Ms. Bowman requested the CRA authorize the reimbursement to

the City for $8,747.65 and for Seminole County $8,066.96 due to the decrease in property values. Mr. Daigle made a

motion to reimburse the City and the County. Mr. McGregor seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously

by voice vote.

Fifth Item of Business: Architectural re-approval of the old Casselberry Exchange Eckerd's site drawings.

Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed staffs memo dated June 9, 2009 (a copy is on file in the Community

Development Department). Mr. Senzee said staff recommends approval of the facade and site revisions for the

previously approved multi-tenant commercial structure on Highway 1

in Casselberry's Community

Redevelopment District (CRD) based on the site plan that was attached to the staff report as Exhibit 8, the proposed

materials and colors provided by the applicant's renderings and color chart, and staff recommendations provided

the staff report dated February 9, 2009 and the staff memo dated June 9, 2009.
