Mr. Sam Hart, <br /> <br />161 South Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Hart said that the proposed shed could <br /> <br />relocated without blocking the view. Mr. Hart said he did not see a hardship for granting the variance. <br /> <br />After reviewing the criteria required for granting a variance, Ms. Gauvin asked for a motion for SA 09-01. Mr. <br /> <br />McMullen made a motion to deny BA 09-01 variance application for 302 Triplet Lake Drive. Variance request to Article VII, Section 2-7.10 <br />"Fences and walls" of the Casselberry Unified Land Development Regulations to allow a 6 foot tall vinyl privacy <br />fence within a designated front yard. <br /> <br />Ms. Gauvin asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Demetra Blevins, 609 Laurel Way, Casselberry, Florida <br /> <br />came forward. In response to the Chairman's question, the applicant requested that the City make their presentation at <br /> <br />this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the background information and the analysis ofthe request, provided in <br /> <br />his memorandum to the Board of Adjustment, dated April 15, 2009 (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Senzee stated the variance application meets four of the six criteria for granting the variance; therefore, <br /> <br />City staff cannot fully support the request. Mr. Senzee said if the Board of Adjustment chooses to grant the variance <br /> <br />requested for BA 09-02, for the property located at 609 Laurel Way, to allow a fence within a designated front yard, the <br /> <br />motion should be based upon the Board of Adjustment's findings of fact and conclusions, the property site plan attached <br /> <br />to the staff report as Exhibit D, and the conditions outlined in the staff report which were: <br />
