CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 2009, page 5 CE-09-02651 1108 Park Drive Mead/owner Trash & debris 70-2 (e) Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony case. Alvera Armour made a motion to find Respondent in CEB #09-02651 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 09/25/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 10/08/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Noel Smith made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #09-02652 in violation of City Code, Section 10.3 (B), and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 09/24/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 10/08/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
