Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony case. Diane Nease, 402 Gregory Drive, gave testimony. Ms. her husband leaving her and taking their construction has had a great financial hardship due to at this time she has no money coming in. Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to recommend to the City Commission that the lien in CEB Case #08- 03399 from $2,450.00 to $100.00 to be paid within 180 days from the date of the Commission's Order or the fine reverts back to the original fine amount. The reason for the reduction is financial hardship. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. NEW CASES CE..o9-01592 1320 Lancelot Way Orndorff/Sanchez owners' Swimmina pool/staanant water 50-28 Ca)(b) Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for case. Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to fmd Respondents in CEB Case #09-01592 in violation of City Code, Section 50-28 (a)(b), and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 09122/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 10/08/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Phillip E. Weekley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-09-02592 420 Jasmine Road Kellv/Estate of Varaas Overarown property rpt 70-2 (C) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony above case. In CEB Case #09-02592, Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to find Respondents in repeat violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 06/1612009 and that Respondents are to correct the repeat violation as required in the Board's original Order of 06/16/2009. A fme of $25.00 per day is hereby imposed to commence 07/30/2009 and continue until there is compliance. The Respondents are further ordered to Contact the Code Enforcement Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
