<br />CITY CASSELBERRY <br /> <br /> <br />ZONING <br />PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning <br /> <br />Zoning Commission/local Planning <br /> <br />held a <br /> <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />Wednesday, October 14, <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />P.M. in <br /> <br />Casselberry <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Daniel Hale <br />Victor Lutz, Alternate <br /> <br />Members absent: <br />Marlene Hyde <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br />Charles Senzee, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Swearing in of new member - Victor lutz <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Victor <br /> <br />and welcomed him to the <br /> <br /> <br />Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on September 2009. <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes the <br /> <br /> <br />held on Wednesday, September 2009. Mr. Aramendia moved to <br /> <br />the September <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. <br /> <br />Weinroth seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br /> <br />There was no disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br /> <br />The Fourth and Fifth Item were discussed together. <br /> <br />Fourth Item of Business: lPA 09-04: lakeview Center Continued. Amendment to the Future Land Use <br />from a Commercial designation to Major Thoroughfare Mixed Use (MTMU) designation. Property located at <br />1501 East Altamonte Drive. ADVERTISED PUBLIC HEARING - APPLICATION WITHDRAWN <br />
