<br />profession within the entire corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, as revised, upon the securing ofa valid
<br />occupational license from the City of Casselberry, which license shall be issued upon payment of the appropriate
<br />fee therefore, without the necessity of taking or passing any additional examination or test relating to the
<br />qualifications of such licenses.
<br />
<br />Section 7. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Office of the
<br />Secretary of the State of Florida, the Office of the Governor of the State of Florida, the Clerk of Court of
<br />Seminole County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners of Seminole County, Florida, the Seminole
<br />County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County Tax Collector, within seven (7) days from the effective date
<br />of this ordinance.
<br />
<br />Section 8. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it
<br />is hereby ordained, that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of
<br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or
<br />relettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance," may be changed to "Section," "Article," or
<br />other appropriate word.
<br />
<br />Section 9. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this
<br />Ordinance are hereby repealed.
<br />
<br />Section 10. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful,
<br />or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section
<br />or part of this Ordinance.
<br />
<br />Section 11. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten days after its passage and adoption.
