<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION! <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission!Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Daniel Hale <br />John VonLangen, Alternate <br /> <br />Members absent: <br /> <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Marlene Hyde <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br />Charles Senzee, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on June 10, 2009. <br /> <br />Mr. Aramendia stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting <br /> <br />held on Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Mr. Van Meter moved to accept the June 10, 2009 minutes. Mr. Weinroth <br /> <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br /> <br />There was no disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: CU 09-04: 1870 State Road 436/Bellv Buster site. Conditional use request to allow <br />vehicular sales and vehicular service in a CG zoning district. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated July 1, 2009, to <br /> <br />the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Senzee stated that approved conditional use requests typically require the business to open within <br />
