Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 09-1302 - Moratorium on Specific Business Uses Consideration to approve Ordinance 09-1302 to provide a 175-day moratorium on issuance of business tax licenses, permits, development orders or any other official action to allow new pawn shops, tattoo parlors, body piercing salons, and used automobile uses within the City limits is requested.
