Mayor's Proclamation - Central Florida International Black Women's Congress <br />Mayor Glancy will present a proclamation to Ms. Reginia Miller, President of the Central Florida Chapter International <br />Black Women's Congress, recognizing the organization's Sixteenth Annual Women's Health Conference on August 14- <br />15, 2009. <br /> <br />B. Mayor's Proclamation & Presentation- 2010 Census <br />Mayor Glancy will present a Proclamation to Jose Martinez of the U.S. Census Bureau, who will give a presentation on <br />the plans to conduct the 2010 Census. <br /> <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter. All comments must be directed to the Mayor or City Commission as a whole, not an individual City <br />Commissioner, a City staff member or another member of the audience. Citizens may be heard during PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />or at any time any agenda item is before the City Commission for consideration by following the same procedure described <br />above. <br /> <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all <br />items. <br /> <br />A. Special Invoice Report <br />Approval of the Special Invoice Report is requested. <br /> <br />B. Use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds for Narcotics Overdose Prevention and <br />Education Program (NOPE) and Related Budget Amendment #09-041 <br />Approval for the use of$2,214.88 from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund (forfeiture fund), to be applied toward the <br />costs associated with the Narcotics Overdose Prevention and Education (NOPE) Program, and related Budget <br />Amendment #09-041 is requested. <br />
