CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JUNE 11, 2009, page 3 Scott Pleasants, Lieutenant Police Department advised that the owner had not been in contact with Code Enforcement sinGe the last hearing and abatement had started on the vehicle. Nole Smith made a motion to find that Respondent in CEB Case #08-03847,08-03848,08-03849,08-03850, and 08-03854 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 5/19/2009 by the date specified in that Order and that the f'me will be imposed as set forth in that Order. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-09-00047 541 Lilac Road Priest/owner Overarown property 70-2 eCl Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised that this case was non-compliant and fine set by the board should be imposed. Paul L. McKernan made a motion to f'md that Respondent in CEB Case #09-00047 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 5/1912009 by the date specified in that Order and that the f'me will be imposed as set forth in that Order. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. This case was found in compliance on 06/10/2009 and a fine of $350.00 should be imposed for 14 days of violation. Robert C. Flint made a motion to find that Respondents in CEB Case #09-00461 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 05/1912009 by the date specified in that Order and that the f'me will be imposed as set forth in that Order. The violation has since complied on 06/10/2009 and therefore, a f'me in the amount of 350.00 is hereby imposed. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
