Flint made a motion to find that Respondent in CEB Case #08-03646 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 05/19/2009 by the date specified in that Order and that the f'me will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Paul L. McKernan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
