Alvera Armour made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #09-01279 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. OS/25/2009. Another hearing will be held before tbis Board on 06111/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fme in the amount of $100.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Flint made a motion in Case #09-01340, I move to find Respondents in repeat violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 03/17/2009, and that Respondents are to correct the repeat violation as required in the Board's original Order of 03/17/2009. A fine of $25.00 per day is hereby imposed to commence 04/22/2009 and continue until there is compliance.
