Alvera Armour made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case # 09-00835 in violation of City Code, Section 50-28 (a)(b), and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. OS/25/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 06/11/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
