For the record the bank took title to the property on <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint made a motion that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be reduced <br />in CEB Case #07-02186 & 07-02187 from $8,675.00 & $8,575.00 to $1,000.00 & 1,000.00, TO BE PAID WITHIN <br />60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE COMMISSION'S ORDER, OR THE FINE REVERTS TO THE <br />ORIGINAL FINE AMOUNT.
