CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING APRIL 09, 2009, page 3 Paul L. McKernan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. NEW CASES CE-09-00124 605 Zinnia Drive J Deutsche Bank Disabled/unlicensed/inoperable vehicle 3-10.91.4. B Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. Paul L. McKernan made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case 09-00124 in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.9,1,4,B, and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 04/28/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 05/14/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
