CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: Harley Parkhurst, Chairman Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman Nathan Van Meter, Jr. Edmund Bakalla Daniel Hale Members absent: Stanley Weinroth Marlene Hyde John VonLangen, Alternate Staff members present: Charles Senzee, Planner Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on March 11, 2009. Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held on Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Mr. Van Meter moved to accept the March 11, 2009 minutes. Mr. Aramendia seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. There was no disclosure of ex-parte communications. Third Item of Business: SPR 08-21: Lake Ellen Christian Church: Major site plan review for parking and site upgrades to the existing church property. Property located at 3450 South Highway 17-92, Casselberry, Florida. Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated March 19, 2009, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Senzee said should the Planning and Zoning Commission choose to approve SPR 08-21 for proposed parking and site modifications for Lake Ellen Christian Church located at 3450 South Highway 17-92, the
