<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br /> <br />Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br /> <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Daniel Hale <br /> <br />Members absent: <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Marlene Hyde <br />John VonLangen, Alternate <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br />Charles Senzee, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on March 11, 2009. <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br /> <br />on Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Mr. Van Meter moved to accept the March 11, 2009 minutes. Mr. Aramendia <br /> <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br /> <br />There was no disclosure of ex-parte communications. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: SPR 08-21: Lake Ellen Christian Church: Major site plan review for parking and site <br />upgrades to the existing church property. Property located at 3450 South Highway 17-92, Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated March 19, 2009, <br /> <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Senzee said should the Planning and Zoning Commission choose to approve SPR 08-21 for <br /> <br />proposed parking and site modifications for Lake Ellen Christian Church located at 3450 South Highway 17-92, the <br />
