<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br /> <br />SECTION I - ANNEXATION - That the City of Casselberry, <br /> <br />Florida, does herewith and hereby annex that certain tract of <br /> <br />land lying in Seminole County, Florida, and more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />From the intersection of the North right of <br />way of State Road 436 and the East right of <br />way of State Road #15-600 (U.S. 17-92), run <br />thence Northeasterly along said East right <br />of way of State Road #15-600 1010.04 feet to <br />its intersection with the North line of the <br />South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of <br />Section 17, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, <br />thence East along said North line 36.34 feet <br />to the point of beginning of this description, <br />thence South 150 36' W 91.8 feet, thence South <br />700 2' East 309.1 feet, thence South 190 58' <br />West 244.0 feet, thence South 700 7' E 280.0 <br />feet, thence North 190 58' East 266.0 feet, <br />thence South 700 2' East 293.0 feet, thence <br />North 180 41' 40" E 389.5 feet to aforesaid <br />North line of South 1/2 of SE 1/4, thence <br />West along the aforesaid North line of South <br />1/2 of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 to the point of begin- <br />ning. <br /> <br />ZONING - COMMERCIAL. <br /> <br />SECTION II - The description herein contained shall <br /> <br />include all streets, roads, highways, alleys and avenues located <br /> <br />within or between the existing municipal limits and the area <br /> <br />annexed herein in Section I hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION III - REDEFINING LIMITS BY DECLARATION - That <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and <br /> <br />it is herewith and hereby redefined so as to include said tract <br /> <br />of land herein described. <br /> <br />SECTION IV - SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION _ <br /> <br />A. That there will be no ad valorem real or personal <br /> <br />property tax or special assessment of any character levied or <br /> <br />-2- <br />
